Al Naseem

Al Bandar is Aldar’s flagship residential and marina development.

Built beyond the shores of Al Raha Beach, Al Bandar is an integrated community comprising of residential towers, a 131-berth marina, an exclusive residents’ Clubhouse, a supermarket and retail building with a Spinney’s Market and a promenade with cafes and restaurants overlooking the marina.

The residential towers of Al Bandar comprise of:

• Al Barza – these are the residences adjoining the Al Naseem glass tower and overlooking the piazza and marina. There are a total of 132 apartments in Al Barza ranging from studios to three-bedrooms.
• Al Naseem – this is the distinctive glass cubed tower with only 12 four-bedroom apartments and penthouses and 1 five-bedroom penthouse, each with their own floor of luxury living.

Residents of Al Bandar can enjoy the array of facilities available in the Clubhouse, an exclusive club with residents’ lounges, juice bar, squash courts, children’s playroom, changing rooms, billiard room, dance studio and fully equipped gymnasium.
