Yas Golf Collection is a new residential community from the leading and biggest development company in the emirate of Abu Dhabi; Aldar Properties. Yas Golf Collection will be the last real estate project on the popular man-made Yas Island. Residents of the resort-style community will enjoy stunning views of Abu Dhabi’s famous mangroves, as well as Yas Links Golf Course. The total land area of the Yas Golf Collection development will occupy more than 1.367.000 sq.ft.

The community will include five clusters, in which two complexes called Souq Furnished Apartments and Residences C will be available for purchase in the coming days. The homes with high end interior finishes and Mediterranean architecture will be developed to achieve a two-pearl rating for residential buildings, as well as a one-pearl rating for public zones in accordance with the Estidama sustainability rating system.

The total number of residences in the complex constitutes 140 units, and property sizes range from 452 sq.ft to 883 sq.ft. Residents will be able to choose their apartment based on three colour options for the finishes. These furnished apartments will provide 4 different views including: Ferrari World View, Souq View, a community view, and a partial sea view.
